Just come and park by the ground - all those that came on Sunday won't be there so there'll be plently of space.

Give the hoodies a couple of quid and your car will be safe as houses - as long as you don't leave anything on display!!

I'm serious by the way - I've never had any trouble parking near the ground - just a bit of commom sense when you park up and you'll be ok.

Just round the corner from the Custard factory is good, £3.50 for match day parking. Same side-street as The Crown from Digbeth, next to a night club called Air (I think). Look out for the 6 metre high wall of crumpled, wrecked cars on either side of the "way in".
This is a good distance away from the ground so that you don't get stuck in too much of a traffic jam of all the other buggers who want to park as close to the ground as possible.

The side roads off Garrison Lane has always been safe for us, never had any trouble parking or with the hoodies, they don't even approach us now. Bit of a pain to get away from though, but once you get down to Watery Lane it's not to bad.

I don't know whether the Air (Custard Factory) car park is available for night matches - it would probably be in use for clubbers on Friday evening. As others have said, plenty of off-road parking around there - particularly in the next road along on the right (if car park is on your right). Also, if you follow that road to the top, turn right, and left at the mini-roundabout. Best to turn the car around to face back the way you have driven if you want to get back onto Digbeth High Street after the match. **thumbup

Lots of free parking at morrisons

In all seriousness, can you park at Morrisons?

Do they collar you for money on the way out if they think you're a 'football parker'?

Can they clamp vehicles if they think they are 'non shoppers'?

If so, do they purposely target such cars on matchdays to make money?

I'd like to know as I've thought about parking there myself.

Oh, and just one more question, what's it like for getting out?

Getting out of Morrisons is horrible on an ordinary day - on a match day it is really horrible - don't expect to rush out afterwards.
